Quality We at TDR-Metalurgija d.d. have had an established system of quality assurance according to the ISO 9001 standard since 1994. The system was upgraded in 2003 with the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000. We defined basic and support processes, accountable owners, indicators and objectives of the processes. Such treatment allows not only planning and implementation of all key activities, but also constant measurement of their performance and, based on analyses, constant improvement. We are aware that we must adjust to new and stricter market demands,
therefore we set goals in the field of quality that meet our customers'
demands and expectations.
